What to do in the park?

he park has various well marked trails ideal for hiking exercise or relaxation.
BIKING   Inside the park lovers in this activity you will explore paths and routes ideal family can enjoy
15 Km. From the reception of the park, visitors will find an access with a trail of 5 km. Which can be covered in a span of 3 hours round trip. Here there is a structure to appreciate the scenery and if the weather condition permits the Gulf of California.
Within this protected area the National Astronomical Observatory, one of the most important in Latin America to be installed on a site with more clear days, allowing better visibility for studies and data collection is located.

The observatory is managed by the Autonomous University of Mexico and offered, by appointment, facility tours describing the process of data collection for research conducted by domestic and foreign researchers who spend long hours at these facilities.

During the walks that can be done through the forest and along the trails and paths of the park, it is possible to observe the variety of flora with different ecosystems chaparral, mixed coniferous forest and forest Stone Pine in which they live foxes, squirrels , rabbits and other spices.
